As a result of Garth Eimers’ resignation, the Commissioners of the Port of Orcas wish to fill the position of Commissioner No. 2, which expires Dec. 31, 2013.

Interested citizens are encouraged to submit their names and qualifications to: Port of Orcas, P.O. Box 53, Eastsound WA 98245-0053 no later than November 18, 2010.

Current commissioners will contact qualified candidates to arrange for an interview.

It is expected that the vacancy will be filled prior to the December 9, 2101 meeting of the commission.
