Waterfront vistas, rolling hayfields, and dramatic bluff views are just some of the highlights of the sixth annual Lopez Island Home Tour on Saturday, Sept. 19 on Lopez Island. The self-guided tour will be held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Homeowners, builders, local and nationally-known architects designed the seven houses on the tour. All the houses are unique, and reflect the families who live in them.

The Home Tour is an annual fundraiser for Lopez Center for Community and the Arts.

“Proceeds from ticket sales help us to keep events and use fees affordable for the community,” said John Whetten, chair of the Home Tour.

Tickets for the tour, reception, and auction are $30. They are available at the Lopez Community Center, Islehaven Books, Paper Scissors on the Rock, the Lopez Farmer’s Market Community Center Booth, and www.lopezcenter.com.
