Orcas Island’s own Harry Patton will share some of his early experiences as a naval cadet and flying off of aircraft carriers during WWII and later at an upcoming History Matinee on Sunday, Sept. 18 from 3–4:30 p.m. at Eastsound Fire Hall.
Patton and his brother Bob served together in a Naval Reserve Squadron during the 1950s at Sand Point Naval Air Station, Seattle.
