The Orcas Eagle Forum is sponsoring a forum for primary county council candidates on Orcas Island, July 13, 5 to 7 p.m. in the Eastsound Fire Station.

“We tried to schedule it so the ferries between the islands work for San Juan Island candidates,” said organizers.
