An Orcas man will spend two years in federal prison for attempting to illegally purchase firearms on Facebook.

KOMO News reports that Ryan Frazier, 25, attempted to buy a pistol from an undercover Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent on Facebook group called “Washington gun exchange.” Frazier was prohibited from purchasing guns since he has a criminal record, including drug and burglary convictions.
