Brandon was born Oct. 25, 1973 in Spokane, WA and quietly passed away May 26, 2011.

Brandon is survived by nephew Ethan Tisi and brother-in-law Stephen Tisi of Durham, NC., step sisters Lisa Rockwell and Patty Sotherland, both of Seattle, WA., Jan Favorite of Phoenix, AZ., and his best friend and love of his life, Cathy Rosa of Orcas Island, WA.

Brandon graduated from Burlington High School and attended Skagit Valley College. He resided in Burlington and for the last 18 years his work brought him to the islands. Brandon grew to love Orcas Island and planned to make it his home.

Brandon had many passions, including sports, movies, fishing and hunting. But work was at the top of his list. He loved the people he came in contact with and he considered them friends for life. He always carried these people close to his heart. Brandon had an overall love of life with a great admiration for the outdoors. He will be missed by all who knew his joy.

A celebration of his life will be held at Ron White’s, 3519 E. Broadway, Mount Vernon, WA on June 25, 2011 at 3 p.m. For more information call Cathy at 378-7417.
