The Island Girls wish to thank our supporters, with a special shout-out to Michele Wiley of Madrona Point Insurance. Our team of seven – Dottie Cornelius, Bev Madan, Judi Madan, Tammi Young, Anna Lake, Juleana Lake and Heather Jellerson – was able to participate in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-day event in Seattle Sept. 15-17.

Of the $1.4 million raised in the event, Island Girls raised $14,903. Proceeds go to support global research and support for local programs that provide medical assistance, patient navigation, provider education and more for breast cancer patients.
