San Juan County staff has published a new web page with the most requested information on vacation rental permits and compliance with new regulations.

This site offers information on how to apply for a permit, comply with new rules and find a permit number. The we bpage also includes forms for new applications, certificates of compliance and answers to frequently asked questions.

Changes to the vacation rental code for the county were updated last March. Changes include increasing safety measures and curbing nuisance complaints on issues like noise levels and trash removal.
