We at Orcas Family Health Center are extremely appreciative to United Way for providing grant funds for the third year in a row to allow us to provide free well child clinics.

Each year has seen the number of kids served double from previous years: we performed well child exams on 35 children this year. Being able to provide this valuable care to those who cannot afford care is our priority. This year we were able to work with the Early Childhood Educaition Assistance Program (ECEAP) and Dr. Steven Bailey’s office to provide well child and dental screens at our local childcare facilities – Children’s House, Kaleidoscope and Orcas Montessori. We look forward to further expanding the scope of our well child clinics in the future. Thank you, United Way.
