I have read several articles Roger has written concerning the issues of the Eastsound Water and Sewer District and spoken to him about these issues.

I am very impressed with Roger’s understanding of the larger environmental issues on the island and the importance  of deliberate decisions made by the District. His willingness and interest in being thorough and thoughtful is an approach that will well serve the district.
