Seats are still available for the Orcas Island Historical Museum annual meeting on Thursday, Dec. 8, 6 p.m. at Camp Orkila.

This year’s featured presentation will be a preview slideshow by fine art photographer Peter Fisher, who has collaborated with the museum to create a month-long gallery showing of historic Orcas Island photographs scheduled for this coming spring.

On the menu for the evening is prime rib or salmon, rice or roasted potatoes, autumn vegetables, lentil stew, a salad bar, cobbler or cheesecake and sparkling cider. The museum will not be selling alcoholic beverages but guests are welcome to bring their own.
