I’ve had the pleasure of working side by side with detective Jeff Asher on a case that was a result of an arrest I made working as a former Special Deputy Investigator for the San Juan Sheriff’s Office. I found him to be an exceptionally sharp detective who was very approachable and extremely opened minded and knowledgeable with exemplary leadership skills.

Jeff has lived and been working here in the San Juans, giving it his all for many years, and has earned and deserves an honest run at being Sheriff without the petty sour grapes I’ve been hearing.

Jeff has an exceptional Sheriff’s employment record, one he and the county can be very proud of.
