Northwest Multiple Listing Service has released an area statistics report for residences and condominiums in San Juan County, comparing February 2012 to February 2011.

The document shows that from 2011-2012 new listings increased 9 percent from 33 to 36 in the month of February, and the total active listings also made a small .88 percent jump from 338 to 341.

The average prices for residences and condos has decreased 6.9 percent from $892,241 to $834,185 this month, and the median price has also decreased 6.6 percent from $607,500 to $570,000.
