Dear Islanders,

It is with a great deal of sadness that I’ve announced my resignation as a Commissioner of the Port of Friday Harbor, due to a recent cancer diagnosis.

It was a great honor to serve alongside my fellow Commissioners, and a tremendous pleasure to work with the amazing Port team. I had so much joy working on behalf of my community toward job creation.

I’ll continue my work at the EDC of San Juan County, so please reach out there if you need me.

Thank you for the faith that you place in me, and in entities like the Port and the EDC.
