In just a few short weeks the annual Granny’s Attic Sale will be held at the Orcas Senior Center. This is one of a couple of fund raising events held annually. As a result we are able to continue to provide much needed services for our seniors. The event will be held on Saturday, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. – we look forward to seeing you there. In the meantime, we need your help. Now that spring has sprung, this is a perfect time to clean closets, garages, storage rooms, etc., and drop off your donations at the Senior Center (please no clothing or electronics). ou can stop by the Senior Center on Thursdays (March 26; April 2, 9 and 16) from noon to 3 p.m. to drop-off your items. If you have merchandise to donate but are unable to bring it to the Senior Center please call either Michele Streich at 376-7456 or Jane Heisinger at 376-2677 to make arrangements to have your items picked up. Together we can all make this the “event of the season.”
