I would like to express my appreciation to everyone who worked to make the Toys for Tots program such a huge success for the Orcas Community.

A huge thank you to: Mary and Perry Pugh from Napa Auto parts for their incredible generosity and support during the past three years; Moon Glow, Darvill’s, Ray’s Pharmacy, Leaping Lizard, and Radio Shack for their generous discounts so we could purchase locally; and of course our wonderful donors who helped us with monies, toys and amazing items for teens such as digital camera, bicycle, airbrush set, etc.

I also want to thank the Fire Station team for all their assistance, especially Julie Remington, and their volunteers – Anna Sullivan and Danielle Dubrow who kindly helped us to wrap up toys.

Special thanks to Lions: Diane Whitley, Adrienne Vierthalter, Pam Harney, Kay Miller, Jim Biddick, Don Webster, Mike Jonas, Mariah Buck and Rick Anda.

With everyone’s help we were able to provide toys, games and books to 162 children and teens for the holiday season. We are open for donations for next season.
