The Orcas Food Bank wants to thank all who helped with our recent move from the old OPALCO building to more central, heated quarters generously provided by the Orcas Island Community Church. The move has exceeded all expectations. Church members have provided indoor sit-down space and lunches for clients and staffers alike. We also want to thank Kiwanis, our regular volunteers, and all others who assisted in the move and/or have volunteered to help with the food distribution program. We especially want to thank OPALCO for having provided space for many years and for continuing to allow us to store canned goods there.
