Oregon based Alice DiMicele is bringing her groove folk and acoustic soul to the Orcas Island Grange on Friday, Sept. 27, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults- suggested donation at the door – and $5 for 14 and under. DiMicele will also be performing at the Lopez Island Grange on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m.

DiMicele is a singer/songwriter and acoustic guitar player that seamlessly works jazz/blues phrasing and rhythm and blues and rock and roll rhythms into a broadened Folk/Roots/Americana sound she calls “0rganlc Acoustic Groove.” Whether solo or with her band, Dimicele brings her wide-ranging vocal prowess, humor, and distinctive guitar style to her shows. She’s shared stages with some of music’s finest including some of her musical heroes like Bonnie Raitt, Joan Baez, JJ Cale, David Grisman Quintet and the list goes on.
