Join Children’s House for the Inaugural Santa Train event at Mt. Baker Farm. Pet the farm animals, tour the historic depot, climb aboard the holiday train, bring your camera for a session with Santa and Mrs. Claus, enjoy music and refreshments and even rub ears with celebrity Mayor Hudson, bound to be dressed for the occasion.

The event, a fundraiser for Children’s House, takes place rain or shine, Saturday, Dec. 16 from 11 a.m to 2 p.m.

There is no charge for admission to the farm or for photos with Santa, though donations are appreciated. Tickets will be available for purchase of warm drinks, popcorn and home-baked goodies. The train will be available for viewing. Weather-permitting, (tracks must be dry) purchase the 15-minute Mt. Baker Scenic Railroad ride, $5 per ticket. A limited number of tickets will be made available for those who are unable to purchase their own.
