Auditions for Orcas Center’s youth talent show will occur on Wednesday, Oct. 2 and Thursday, Oct. 3 from 4 to 6 p.m. on both days on Center Stage. Bring your talent and show your act! Organizers will select the most appropriate acts for the two shows, which will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, October 13 at 2 p.m.

Auditions are Wednesday, Oct. 2 and Thursday, Oct. 3 from 4 to 6 p.m. Tech rehearsal is on Friday, Oct. 11.
• Acts are ideally 1-3 minutes in length.
• The show is not a competition – just a fun, community showcase of local youth talent!
• If the act requires a backing track, please email the file or a YouTube link to tech@orcascenter.org by noon on Oct. 2.
• If the act requires anything technical beyond a single microphone (guitar amp, drum kit, multiple microphones, video, etc.), email tech@orcascenter.org with details or questions.

• The organizers reserve the right not to include or cut any performance that they deem under-prepared, inappropriate, or if the participant’s behavior is inappropriate or disruptive at any time.
About the show
Join us for a guaranteed good time as we watch and celebrate the talent of our island youth! Co-hosted by Maddie Olson, this amazing event is an opportunity to relax among friends and neighbors while enjoying acts of song, dancing, skits and musicianship.
Tickets for the performances can be purchased online at www.OrcasCenter.org, over the phone at 360-376-2281 x 100, or in-person Tuesday – Friday 10am-3pm, and an hour prior to showtime. Ticket prices range from $18-$63 with a $2 per ticket fee. There are five $5 subsidized tickets available for this performance, and as always, volunteer ushers get to see performances for free.
