The Japan Benefit Concert starring Susan Osborn and Orcas a Cappella was held at the Deer Harbor Community Club on April 23. It attracted a large crowd and raised $1850 in donations to help the people of Sendai, Japan recover from the recent earthquake and tsunami.

“We wish to thank the Deer Harbor Community Club for their gracious hospitality and all of those who donated of their time to make this event possible,” said organizer Clay Parsons.
