“The Children’s Story Path,” a playful exploration of “journey” for five to 12-year-olds, is happening at Emmanuel Episcopal Parish.
The workshop is from 10 a.m to noon from July 9-13 (five to eight years) and July 23-27 (nine to 12 years).
“With storytelling and the labyrinth at the heart of it all, the workshop weaves together art, movement, soulful wonder, sharing, and lots of fun activities to bring the concept of journey – both inward and outward – to life,” say organizers.
Antoinette Botsford, beloved Orcas storyteller and Nancy Ayer, nationally recognized labyrinth facilitator, lead a team of creative artists, parents, and “kid people” who have come together to create this experience for community kids.
The cost is $10 per child for the entire week. Registration is limited to 10 children per workshop and ends on June 30. Learn more about the workshop or register online at www.orcasepiscopal.org/kidspath or call the parish office at 376-2352.
