“LUCKY,” a monthly queer night for odd people and those who love them, returns to The Barnacle in Eastsound on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. This event is open to all ages.

This month’s theme is all camp, all sci-fi, all Rocky Horror! Encapsulate a hilarious moment of absolute pleasure!

Catch a preview performance by the cast of “The Rocky Horror Show” and sing along or shadow cast to the movie, which will run on the projection screen throughout the evening.

“The Rocky Horror Show” opens at Orcas Center on Oct. 31 and runs for two weekends. The script, which was originally written in 1973, quickly became a cultural phenomenon, pivotal in same-sex and transgender acceptance.

Playful costumes and/or creative expression encouraged. Free snacks provided by Orcas Pride and Out on Orcas.
