The Orcas Island Sportsmen Club is very sorry to have to inform you that there will NOT be a turkey shoot this year in November at the club due to COVID-19. This year would have been the 69th year where club members and guests would shoot targets to compete to win a Thanksgiving turkey. The Sportsmen Club is open to members only at this time on stringent guidelines and protocols from the state and San Juan County. The number of shooters is limited, and you must wear a mask while inside at all times and outside if social distancing is not possible. To be able to shoot you must be a current paid member and you must be on a shooting roster ahead of time for the shooting day. Please do not just show up at the club and do not open the gate to come in unless you are a member and are on the shooting list for the day. The gate is to remain closed at all times.
