Join local Farmers and island filmmakers in celebrating Orcas Island food heroes for a dinner and preview of the fun new San Juan Islands Ag short film selected for inclusion in the Friday Harbor Film Festival. It will be at the Orcas Island Winery from 4:30 to 8 p.m.

Catered by The Kitchen, local food plate options are from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Enjoy the Island Grown in the San Juans film at 6pm celebrating our wonderful island farms and food producers. Island filmmakers Erin and Emily Bennett, photographers Satya Curcio, Marcy Montgomery and Julia Summers and editor Matteus Rabel contributed to this upbeat film produced by the Islands Makers Guild. Music, island art, and fireside Washington wine tastings will follow.

This free event is a collaboration of the SJI Ag Guild, Orcas Island Winery, SJI Makers Guild, and SJI Conservation District. Fundraising donations benefit local farms through the Ag Guild Farm Fund.
