Orcas Center and the Orcas Dance Collective are proud to present a maritime take on a holiday classic: The Sea Island Nutcracker. With over 50 performers and 180+ costumes, this rendition of the holiday classic features many wildlife and nautical themes that make our island home so magical. This full-length dream ballet showcases an inter-generational cast of local talent, with featured roles performed by The Orcas Dance Collective, Junior Dance Collective, Mini Dance Collective and Class Series Students. The show is directed by Stephanie Moss, with poster design and photography by Bianca Cox. A show of this magnitude wouldn’t be possible without community support!
