Calling all writers! PlayFest 2019 is in the works and you are invited to submit your short play for consideration in next year’s culmination of Orcas Island talent.

The deadline for first submissions is Jan. 31. If you submit it sooner, you will have more time for feedback and revisions. Submit to Michele Griskey at mmgriskey@rockisland.com. You can also reach out to Griskey for guidelines and pre-submission advice. Each play should be about 10 minutes long, which is approximately 10 pages of double-spaced script and stage direction.

Being a part of this 14th Annual production is very rewarding and writers of all experience levels are welcome to submit their plays. Performances will be in May 2019.
