Fun and mayhem is what the audience can expect as the Actors Theater of Orcas Island presents their third annual Off Limits Improvisational Theater on Saturday, Dec. 6.
Louise Carnachan, a founding member of the 17-year-old troupe, says she is delighted to be back with her colleagues taking audience suggestions to create scenes and sketches. Under the musical direction of troupe member Guy Nelson, the group also uses audience suggestions to create songs from the blues to opera.
The troupe is known for performing the same scene in different genres and the ability to create songs on the spur of the moment.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and free to children under 10, but organizers say no one will be turned away from the production due to lack of funds. Tickets are available at Darvills Bookstore and at the door for the 7:30 p.m. performance at the Grange.
