Long-time islander and hairdresser loved by all, Carol Whitbeck has returned to Orcas! In time for her birthday!

Carol has been away and Celtic Beauty closed while her home and property were being renovated. Rita Harvey has spearheaded this effort and Carol will now be enjoying a brand new “tiny house.” It is such a lovely, charming home,( although the word tiny is really not the right word). It is possible Carol may need community assistance in her transition back to Orcas. Stay tuned to Orcas Rave for updates.
