Good news for all Woodsong festival fans: the Woodsong Arts and Music Festival is a go this year, running from Thursday, July 22 to Saturday, July 24.
The schedule will run as follows:
Thursday, July 22:
5 p.m to 10 p.m. Guests are invited to bring a picnic dinner and enjoy the music. Performers include: Jan Krist, the Rare Exceptions, Patrice O’Neill and Hilary Field, Carolyn Cruso and Jason Harrod.
Friday, July 23:
9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Presentation by visual and musical artist Tim Lowly.
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Open Mic
1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Music by: Kate Phillips, Dana Little, Sanoma, Tim Lowly, Peter LaGrand, Jan Krist, Uncle Bonsai, Engine and the End, Jon Anderson and Victoria Williams.
The craft tent will be open throughout the day.
Saturday, July 24:
9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The Fine Arts Struggle: a get-together of artists over coffee
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Open Mic
1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Music by: Where the Wild Things Aren’t, Mandy Troxel, Lower Lights Burning, Austin Jenckes, Tara Ward, Opiate Mass, Nancy Colton, Robert Deeble, Joel Willoughby, Citizen Hands and Bill Mallonee.
The craft tent will be open throughout the day.
