Architect Carlos Sierra recently met with the Orcas School Bond Committee, teachers, and the community to gather input on the school’s needs and desires in preparation for a possible school bond on the February ballot. The bond would pay for structural improvements and a career and technical education building.
Sierra will make a full report, including cost analysis, for the school board during the regular meeting on Thursday, June 25 at 5:30 p.m. in the school library.
The school board will also hold a budget workshop on Wednesday, June 3 at 5:30 p.m. in the school library.
The public is welcome at all school board meetings.
