The Island Scenes project is looking for artists to help record images of San Juan County. Some parts of the islands are becoming more suburban and the project aims to preserve historic pictures.

Island artists of all ages are asked to submit one image per person, any two-dimensional medium – watercolor, pastel, photography, etc., minimum size 8″ x 10″ to maximum 16″ x 20.”

The images will be exhibited at the San Juan County Fair in August.

The deadline is May 1.  Artwork is not needed until August 14 when the display will be set up at the fair.
