You don’t need to be a granny or have an attic to donate items to the Granny’s Attic sale.

The Orcas Senior Center is accepting donations for its annual sale starting on Wednesday, March 17 from noon to 3 p.m. Items can be dropped off during that time every Wednesday until April 21 (the sale is on April 24). The senior center is accepting any gently used items, except for clothing or electronics. Furniture is welcome, but call the senior center at 376-2677 before dropping any off.

“Start your spring cleaning now, and help out the seniors of the island,” senior center advisory committee assistant Jane Heisinger said. “Granny’s Attic is one of the biggest fundraisers for us.”
