The San Juan County Council will conduct a special meeting at the lecture hall at the Friday Harbor Labs on Monday, March 1 beginning at 9:15 a.m. The purpose of the meeting will be the council’s annual retreat and will extend into the afternoon.

The council will also hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 2 in the Legislative Hearing Room, 55 Second Street, Friday Harbor at 9 a.m.
