A “Start of Summer Celebration” will be held throughout Eastsound Square on North Beach Road on June 7 from 11 a.m.to 3 p.m.

Eastsound Square shopowner Ginny Lu Wood says, “Come and help us welcome in summer and our two new business: Kathryn Taylor Chocolatier and the White Lotus Cafe.”

The festivies will include live jazz by Willie Thomas and Gene Neary, ice cream scoops from Lopez Island Creamy, and of course, shop specials.

Businesses in Eastsound Square on North Beach Road include Wood’s Cove, Leapin’ Lizards, Olga’s, Kathyrn Taylor Chocolatier, White Lotus Cafe, Salon Mir ‘Toi, Moon Glow Arts & Crafts, and Gayle Keith-Ashley Art Studio.
