Eastsound Water Users Association elected three new to the board during its annual meeting on Aug. 16.

With approximately 20 percent of EWUA members voting, the required 10 percent quorum was met. Joe Cohen, Clyde Duke and Steve Miller were elected to the board, and will begin serving three-year terms starting with the September board meeting.
