Eastsound Water User Association General Manager

A number of members have requested time to address the EWUA Board at our May 17 meeting.

First, to accommodate this additional attendance we are changing the venue. We will be meeting at the Orcas Fire Hall, which has significantly more capacity and parking. The start time is our normal 5 p.m.

Members who have questions of the EWUA Board are encouraged to provide them in writing in advance of the meeting. It is likely many questions will require staff time to prepare an adequate response. EWUA’s pre-meeting board packet will be sent on Saturday by noon.

The EWUA Board has a full agenda this month. Guests will be provided not more than 10 minutes each to address the board. This will allow the board to also cover other important association business.

EWUA’s member privacy policy limits staff and board members ability to discuss individual membership specifics in public. The board is committed to honoring this policy.

EWUA will have board positions open at this summer’s annual meeting. Anyone interested in being placed on the ballot should contact General Manager Paul Kamin, who will pass along your interest to the board.
