Flu season is here and it is time to get your flu shot.

San Juan County Health and Community Services will be offering influenza immunization clinics at their Friday Harbor office located at 145 Rhone Street on the following dates.

• Sept. 30 from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

• Oct. 7 from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

• Oct. 18 from 4 to 6:30 p.m.

Adult Flu Vaccine is $42, Child Flu Vaccine (6 months – 18 years) is $23.

Medicaid, Medicare and Group Health Insurance plans can be billed.

Walk-in immunization clinics are also scheduled at the following locations.

• Shaw Community Center, Oct. 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Lopez Health and Community Services Clinic, 2228 Fisherman Bay Road, Oct. 13 from 3 to 5 p.m.

• Orcas Senior Center, 62 Henry Road, Eastsound, Nov. 9 from 11 a..m. to 2 p.m.
