The First Annual DVSAS 5KRun/Walk will be on Sunday, April 26, starting at 10 a.m. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.

The event will be at the Orcas Public School in the covered play area.

It is $10 for regular registration or $15 to include a long-sleeve t-shirt.

The race will start and finish in front of the school, making one large loop and one small loop. The course is relatively flat and all on paved roads.

Participants are encouraged to set teams and obtain pledges to support DVSAS of the San Juan Islands. Hang out after the race for the awards ceremony and a fun raffle with prizes from local businesses.
