Learn to cook a romantic dinner for two with Christina Orchid at Red Rabbit farm on Feb. 4 at 4 p.m.

Orchid, chef, farmer and proprietor of Red Rabbit Farm, has been called a pioneer in the farm-to-table movement. Her namesake restaurant, Christina’s, was a top-rated dining destination in the Northwest for more than 28 years, serving local meat, vegetables and seafood.

During her class on Feb. 4, Orchid will teach guests how to prepare a four-course meal. She’ll go over how to cut steak, create French-inspired sauces and creating the ultimate chocolate dessert and French pastries.
