Free Valentine’s Day gentle movement class on Orcas offered by Chris Elms

If you are wishing to feel younger, more pain free, more skilled in sports or creative activities, or just plain better in general, Chris Elms has the class for you.

On Valentine’s Day, February 14, Orcas residents are invited to attend a free session of Elms’ ongoing class in gentle, aware movement as a path to increasing vitality, reversing aging, expanding pleasure and awareness, and enhancing physical and mental abilities. The class will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Hall.

Chris Elms is a certified practitioner in a healing technique that has been called Awakened Movement, Brain Repatterning, or Lifelong Learning, invented by Israeli Moshe Feldenkrais in the early 1900’s.

Elms offers both private and group “lessons”. The group lessons are held at the Odd Fellows Hall, Sundays from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 4:45-6:15 p.m.

For more information, call Elms at 317-4773 or email him at chriselms@vom.com.

No pre-registration is necessary for the Valentine’s class.
