Children will meet Kindergarten teacher, Mathew Chasanoff, visit the kindergarten classroom and tour the school. Children will also have the opportunity to spend some time in the school garden. After the tour, children will go with their preschool teachers to the cafeteria for a free lunch. Parents can join the lunch for $5 or bring their own. The bus will then return the children to their preschools around noon.

If your child does not attend preschool but will be entering Kindergarten this fall, he or she can catch the bus at Kaleidoscope on North Beach Road.

Please sign your child up at his/her preschool and indicate whether or not you will be joining the kids for lunch. If your child does not have a preschool, you may sign your child up by calling the Orcas Community Resource Center at 376-3184.
