Since the beginning of December, businesses in Eastsound have experienced a string of burglaries and attempted burglaries which are happening at random times on random days between midnight and 6 a.m. While the Sheriff’s Office is investigating and following up on leads, we want to remind you to lock up all of your cash and secure any electronic devices if possible. These suspects are taking large amounts of cash that is being left in till drawers or unsecured inside the business. We are also asking if you have a security system and it captures anything suspicious, or if you have any information as to who is committing these burglaries, please call the Sheriff’s Office at
