Melinda Milligan, Certified Nurse-Midwife, announces her retirement and the closing of her practice as of Dec. 31.

She will be available to see patients through the month of December. She can be contacted regarding referrals or transfer of records at 376-4267.

“It has been a privilege to serve the families of San Juan County for the past 38 years,” said Milligan.
