The Orcas Island Community Foundation (OICF) kicks off the GiveOrcas holiday campaign this December. This fun community tradition provides donors the opportunity to invest in nonprofits during the season of giving. The excitement starts with guessing the identity of this year’s Flat Person, the ambassador of the Holiday Campaign. Clues will be dropped starting on Nov. 24. Everyone who correctly guesses who the Flat Person is will have their name put in a hat and have a chance to win $500 for the cause of their choice.

The campaign is open for donations from Dec. 1-15. Donations of $10 or up are welcome and can be made through www.giveorcas.org. Watch out for the three game days when you will have the chance to ‘win’ up to $1,000 for the cause of your choosing.
