One-day boating safety class

The San Juan Islands offer a vast playground for boaters, kayakers, divers and anyone wishing to be on or near the water. On April 30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at both the Mullis Fire Station in Friday Harbor and the Orcas Ferry Landing Conference Room on Orcas, the San Juan County Sheriff and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will be offering a one-day boating safety class.
