Orcas Power and Light Co-op will hold a special meeting on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 8:30 a.m. to discuss election changes as proposed by the Member Review Committee. The meeting is open to all co-op members and will be held in OPALCo’s Eastsound office, located at 183 Mt. Baker Road.
