Nov. 12: Lopez Library at 5:30 p.m.

Nov. 13: Shaw Community Hall at 1 p.m. and Friday Harbor OPALCO office at 5:30 p.m.

Nov. 14: Eastsound OPALCO office at 5:30 p.m.

The OPALCO board of directors is in the process of finalizing the 2019 budget and upcoming rates.

“They would love to hear from the members as they move forward into planning for next year and beyond,” according to OPALCO.
