Orcas Island Fire and Rescue responded to a report of a second structure fire at 1323 block of Raccoon Point Road around 3 p.m. on Nov. 22. Orcas Island Fire and Rescue will provide more information as it becomes available; however, both this fire and last night’s fire do not appear to be related.
