For the week starting April 2 and ending April 9, OIFR responded to eight emergency response calls.

They included the major structure fire on Longwood Road. The medical responses included a citizen medical check, a citizen medical assist, three fall patients, three chest pain emergencies and eight other medical emergencies.

Five of the medical emergencies resulted in five off-island transports by AirLift Northwest.
